Archdiocese of Atlanta Living Stations of the Cross Events for 2025
On Fridays during Lent, many Catholics reflect on the Stations of the Cross, walking around their parish to see the events of Jesus’ passion depicted on paintings, stained glass windows, sculptures, or other artwork. As we approach Good Friday, several parishes also offer live Stations of the Cross re-enactments with actors, actresses, and props—commonly known as Passion Plays or Living Stations of the Cross.
These lively events can give you a more personal experience of the passion of Christ; don’t just witness the story, step into it and allow your heart to be moved.
The following parishes or groups, categorized by location as “Metro Atlanta” or “Outside of Metro Atlanta,” will host Living Stations of the Cross events. If you know of an event in the Archdiocese of Atlanta not listed here, please contact olucero@archatl.com.
