Bishop’s Assistance Fund

Over the past few years, the Bishop’s Assistance Fund has helped local and national catholic and other charities with the common focus of enabling others to do good works. Funds have helped enrich the lives of others from as far away as the Diocese of Fairbanks, Alaska to right here in Georgia.

The Bishop’s Assistance Fund supports the work of evangelization, serving the poor, and advancing the mission of the Church with the common focus of enabling others to do good works locally and throughout the United States.

Each quarter the bishops select recipients with varying needs all in the name of helping one another. These organizations advance the mission and good works of the church that make our catholic faith strong.

“Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever believes in me will do the works that I do, and will do greater than these, because I am going to the Father.”

              -John 14:12
