Donor’s Gift Will Help Over 100 Young Adults To Experience ECHO Theology of the Body Retreat
Thanks to an incredible donation, more young adults in the Archdiocese of Atlanta will experience the power of St. John Paul II’s “Theology of the Body” at the ECHO Young Adult Theology of the Body Retreat.
A co-endeavor by the Respect Life Ministry and the Office of Evangelization and Discipleship, the ECHO Retreat offers individuals ages 19-35 a spring weekend of reflection, connection, and community. Through dynamic discussions, daily Mass and Adoration, and artistic exploration, participants come together to engage with questions like “Who am I?” “What is my vocation?” and “How can I love like God?”

125 people attended the last ECHO Retreat at Camp Covecrest in Tiger, GA. A truly caring donor has sponsored the program for next year. Thanks to this generosity, the overall cost of attendance will decrease, and scholarship funds will increase.
Costs are a hindrance for many young adults. Now, those who would not have been able to afford the retreat will be able to grow in their understanding of what it means to be made in the image and likeness of God.
