Hall County Catholic School

Catholic schools are at the heart of the Church's mission. Here in the Archdiocese of Atlanta, over 10,000 students grow in the Catholic faith and become shining examples of our heritage and values to the greater community. The Office of Catholic Schools prepares students for success with traditional, rigorous academic programs and faith-based instruction. Grounded in Catholic values, students, parents, and teachers advance the Church’s mission and secure the future of our faith.

Hall County Catholic School, located at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Flowery Branch, is set to open in the fall of 2025, initially offering PreK and Kindergarten programs with the possibility of First Grade. As the school community grows, it will expand into a PK-8 grade school, similar to other archdiocesan elementary schools. This new school will serve as a home for Catholic education for the three parishes in surrounding communities, Prince of Peace, St. Michael's and John Paul II Mission. Without Hall County Catholic School, nearly 500 potential students in this area would lack access to a Catholic education.

The curriculum will be provided by the Office of Catholic Schools, with special classes such as art, music, Spanish, PE, and technology available to all students. As the school grows, extracurricular activities will be added to the program offerings. This is an exciting time for the Archdiocese of Atlanta, as this will be the first interparochial grade school sponsored by three parishes in our system of schools. The most recently opened grade school was St. Catherine of Siena, Kennesaw in 2002.

By providing a school that excels academically and instills the values and traditions of the Catholic faith, children in the Hall County community will have the opportunity to thrive both academically and spiritually in our rich Catholic heritage.
