January 2025: Catholic Mission Outreach uplifts the lives of women, children, and elderly in the Diocese of Marthandam, India
Your abundant generosity to Catholic Mission Outreach (CMO) has positively impacted underprivileged women, children, and the elderly in the Diocese of Marthandam, India!
Because of your donation to CMO, ten woman-headed families have been provided the opportunity to participate in income-generating activities. The women are thrilled to earn income by working in organic agriculture, cow rearing, and petty and textile shops. They are grateful for the chance to sustain their livelihood, care for their families, and save for the future.
The Diocese of Marthandam has also provided for 40 chronically ill elderly patients admitted to a living facility. The resources include medical care, food, and clothing. The Doctor, nurses, and facility staff all take special care in distributing these essential resources to patients who have been abandoned at their vulnerable age.
Along with these life-changing initiatives, 11 students have relished the opportunity to enroll in training programs that will advance their skills for the local job market. These children would not have the chance to earn an education due to their poverty-stricken backgrounds and are joyous to continue their studies.
“The financial support was really a great help for us to support the poor and needy. May God bless you and all the donors abundantly.”
—Bishop Vincent Mar Paulos, Diocese of Marthandam

With the sisters’ leadership, these schools aim to provide quality education to boys and girls in Cameroon and beyond. The donation given to the sisters has uplifted 150 students by:
- Tending to the literacy needs of each student
- Providing psychological intervention for the students, parents, and teachers
- Weekly meals
These initiatives will reach the sisters’ and school’s goal of supporting the community to recover from trauma and engage the children in learning and reaching their potential.

November 2024: Changing lives in the Diocese of Faisalabad, Pakistan
Your selfless giving has changed the lives of many in the Diocese of Faisalabad! Through our Catholic Mission Outreach program, we have provided food support to the poor and victimized families of Jaranwala in Pakistan.
Food distributions have helped marginalized communities who have suffered from losing their houses and personal belongings during mob attacks. These attacks left the good people of Jaranwala with a lack of food stability and hungry. Your support has given the Diocese of Faisalabad the resources to distribute nourishing food to these victims and alleviate their suffering.
Bishop Dr. Indrias Rehmat graciously thanks the Archdiocese of Atlanta for our support of the Diocese of Faisalabad and how we have blessed their people:
“…all the support has been possible through friends from [Archdiocese of Atlanta] who showed great concern and cooperated with us to uplift the victimized of Jaranwala. …our friends have played the role of 'Good Samaritan' and in every age, there is a need for such good Samaritans who help the helpless, ignored, and injured.
I also extend special thanks to Mr. Nobert Mendes, Donald Sequeira, Deacon Rick Medina, and Fr. Gaurv Sharoff from Atlanta who made it possible to share the blessings of food.”
